I used to have a pencil case many years ago that was red leather look with gold embossed lines so I tried to re-create it using the Eco Green Paris Trunk Red Leather Ink with Cut 'n' Dry foam which went onto the paper mache beautifully. I added the lines using a ruler and gold gel pen, stamped the little rose from Paper Artsy Flora and Fauna set in gold ink and re-coloured the fastener with gold alcohol ink. The inside is coated with Viva Inca Gold paste and when it was dry I sprayed with a coat of clear semi-gloss varnish so it has a lovely sheen to it. Thanks for visiting today and see you tomorrow with my BasicGrey Challenges card.
