Hi everyone, hope your weekend is going well. Here in the south east of the UK it's incredibly hot and humid, not my kind of weather at all but it reminded me of this card that I haven't got round to posting. The result of a play with some Paperartsy Hot Picks stamps and a leftover scrap of a salted distress ink background.
I stamped over the background in a collage style with stamps from the Paperartsy Hotpicks sets 1006 and 1011
I added some rock candy distress crackle paint over areas of the flower, the sentiment and the moth and outlining with a white pen added then mounted on black card and various distress ink coloured card.
Have a lovely Sunday.

Great project, Chris! I love the bold colors and touch of white pen. Wonderful look. Thank you for sharing your project with us this week for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. ~Michelle
Hot card! I love the layers of color and the mixed media style you did. I sympathize with you as we always had humidity and our new place does not. You need to be at a beach cooling off. Wishing you a cool breeze!
