Hi everyone, I'm back for the second day of the Paperbabe Stamps July release and today we're introducing two brilliant mixed media sentiment sets in red rubber. As well as being perfect for mixed media creations and journal pages I also thought the same as Kim; that they would make lovely statement cards for creative people or just to send for no particular reason. So for today I've made cards stamping the sentiments in versamark ink over Brusho watercolour backgrounds then embossing with white enamel.
The all about you set has seven large stamps and the card above uses two from this set, I thought these two worked well together.
The second set is art quotes and there are six stamps ideal for working into all sorts of mixed media projects and with the mixed media portrait templates and face stamps.
There are so many ways to create with sentiment stamps and for me they are often my most useful stamps.
Love this quote by Degas and also all the typefaces Kim has used to design the sets.
I'll be trying out the sentiments in many ways such as with gold leaf, different embossing powders, paint and various inks too.
There's more creativity on the Paperbabe Stamps blog with links to all the DT blogs for some wonderful inspiration. Kim will also be introducing the new mixed media hand templates tomorrow.
