What's on your desk, Wednesday

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and having a good week. I'm very much lacking in posting at the moment I'm afraid after having been away and various other things going on so, apologies as I haven't been able to reply to comments. I thought I'd enter the photo above into What's on your desk Wednesday challenge which I found on Julia's blog and which made me smile and I think is a bit of fun more than a challenge. As you can see I work on the dining table and am now down to zero space to work in so will have to have a mega clean up. I'm very messy, this is after the makings of three cards and the table is quite a good size :D . I don't know why there's a piece of orange card in there either, I haven't made an orange card! See you tomorrow with my Colour Create card. Chris x

I was so glad to see you in my google reader this morning. I hope things are okay..Had to LOL at your desk as mine is a disaster. I cleaned it after each card. I cannot start a card without it being clean...Little overboard..Haha..Hugs Chris

Ahh Dawn, I think that's a good thing! I'm drawn to your esk Chris..it's familiar...once I'm in the flow, it becomes a wreck and I'm working in a square inch on the edge! Am guessing that the UFO on a pedestal is a light, rather than a give away clue to some of your other hobbies?!!

this looks reassuringly familiar! I am usually shoving thisngs aside to give me a little space to work!! i'm on the dining table too and sooooo short of storage space..or maybe I just buy too much!

Thanks for sharing!

I don't have a craft desk and am sooo jealous of anyone who does have one!!! I have to get my stuff out to use it and then put it away again, I do however have half completed work on available surfaces in the living room, high up so kiddie fingers can't reach x

Hi Chris,
How reassuring to learn that I am in good company! - There are lots more messy crafters out there. I'm lucky to have a room for all my stuff so I can just close the door on all the chaos, when I should be cleaning up!

Glad to see you're back!

Ha ha, love the table pic. I usually work in a 6x6" space because the rest of the table is covered! It's nice to take the time to clean and start over, but it never lasts very long. I usually have a limited time so I have to choose between tidying up or just working in the mess and getting a project made!
