Hi everyone! More gifts today for the Craft Barn gift week and again.......lots of photographs :D. The first item for today as it's 'gifts for her' is the wooden house shaped curio box which is a gorgeous shape and can be decorated in lots of different ways. Everything is painted with various colours of Fresco Finish paint and there are lots of shabby distressed flowers, Tando pieces and other bits and bobs I've made up from die cuts, Crafty Individuals photo books and papers, metal and there are some sweet charms and a bottle cap that I've decorated too. There's a 'how to' write up on the blog for everything I've made with the materials lists and the materials used are also linked at the bottom of this post.
Next is the Thermometer, also a wood blank and very easy to decorate.
Again all the techniques are explained on the Craft Barn blog with the materials lists for everything I've used. I love the Tando butterfly grab bag, there are plenty of butterflies in various shapes and sizes, they're white faced chipboard so perfect for inking without any prep at all and there are so many things that can be done with them. 'Travels in Italy' paper pad by Craft Indivduals is a very beautiful paper pad too and the paper is the perfect weight for distressing, love the colours also.
And the last of my gifts is the house coat rack which I've decorated with Fresco Finish paint again, my favourite paint :), embossed metal for the roof areas, dreamweaver stencil and paste for the leaves.
If you made it to the bottom of another mammoth post...........I like you very much :D!
Enjoy your day!
