Paperbabe August Release Stamps

Hi everyone, hope you're all well. Sneak peeks on the Paperbabe Stamps blog were shown yesterday and today we're introducing 'Pixel Fun', a great set of stamps for male cards but also for gaming girls. Reminiscent of all the early computer games such as Pacman, Pong and space invaders these pixel block building stamps give many, many options for some fun cards!

I've created a bright age card using the pixel numbers included in the set and I've gone for a hotchpotch of the games and pattern. I popped up one of the Pacman images and added some glossy accents to this, the numbers and a few pixels in the grid. I used Memento Luxe inks for the stamping.

I also created a tag as I wanted to have a black background the same as many of these early games had. I stamped in white ink onto the black tag first of all and then went over the stamping with paint pens and bright coloured Sakura glaze pens, with some white pen pixels here and there. I've finished off with some white rik-rak ribbon and chit chat stickers.

The stamps will be ready for sale at the end of the week at Paperbabe Stamps Etsy Shop.

Chris xx

It didn't even cross my mind to use these for the younger generation. Thanks so much for the inspiration Chris, I love this new set and they are at the top of my next purchase list now Karen

Blimey Space Invaders! That takes me back...I used to play that in the pub, I think it was in b&w. Great stamps for blokes cards which, lets face it, are always a pain in the arse. xx
