The Craft Barn - Mixing Media Club January Project

Hi everyone, I'm sharing a project for a Craft Barn mixed media club that I'm doing and which we did last Monday. It was a really lovely day, in a new venue, with lovely company.

Everyone completed a lovely version of the project and it's always the best part for me to see how mine is interpreted.

Here's a closer look at the gorgeous PaperArtsy Hot Picks stamp set, I love tulips so this is a great one for my collection. There's lots of stencilling with grunge paste, a variety of deco art and fresco paints, and some painting using the paperartsy drying retarder to thin down the acrylics.

I'm looking forward to the next club day at the end of February. We'll be doing a 'Back to Nature' project with a house shaped curio box as the substrate.
