TOMIC - challenge # 4

Oh dear!!!

Hi everyone!. It's Monday, so it's a new TOMIC Challenge today with our theme this week being 'Shimmer and Pearls'. There's wonderful inspiration from my DT friends, a gorgeous prize from Magnolia for our randomly picked winner, the chance to be one of our Top 5 entrants and a guest DT spot to be won so we hope you'll join us.

I've stamped the sweet Magnolia Tilda with bird for my flower shaped card and coloured her with markers. I stamped the circle under the image panel with a Magnolia flourish stamp using Distress Ink and all the edges are sponged with Walnut Stain distress ink. I've also added a DooHickey die cut fence, Sizzix Alterations die cuts and some hand dyed seam binding. My shimmer is from Stardust Stickles glitter glue and a spray of Pearl glimmer mist over everything and I have pearls at the corners.

Have a good Monday :)

Will have to try and join in with the challenge this week - it's about time I dusted my Magnolias off. :)

Beautiful shaped easel card, Chris! Your coloring really is beautiful and I love all the little details you add like the "fly" in the open frame, etc. Very creative!
