Simon Says Monday Challenge - Bold Stamping

Hi everyone, hope you had a good weekend. I'm scraping in on the last moments of this week's challenge at Simon Says Monday Challenge which Bold Stamping - Boldly Go.

I realises I hadn't added this bird house to my blog yet and as stamping onto wooden 3d items is always a bold challenge I thought it would fit the theme :-).

I painted several layers of Paperartsy paints onto the wood and sanded back through them here and there so that several of the colours showed through. The stamping is done with chalk inks which I dried off with a heat gun and afterwards sprayed over with a sealer. The roof is embossed with multiple colours of stampendous embossing powders and I've wired some die cut and glittered flowers and leaves for the top of the house which can be bent and shaped to suit. I stamped with a lovely Crafty Individuals stamp set and a Kaisercraft texture stamp.

Enjoy your day.
