Paperbabe Stamps February Release Day Two

Hi everyone, I'm back today with the second say of introductions for Paperbabe Stamps February Release and today we have Pop Dots stamp set and Polka Dot Stencils.

I used the tiny dot stamp from the set of four sized stamps for a Roy Lichtenstein inspired comic style girl which I painted and stamped on an Artcuts wood heart then mounted onto a painted notebook.

The dot stamps can also be used side by side to create a half tone effect. I used one of the small sentiments from the Birthday Wishes stamp set for the thought bubble sentiment. I glazed over the top of everything with PaperArtsy gloss glaze for durability.

I used the Mixed Media Templates, mini portrait face and Female Face Mini Stamp Set to create the face and hair then painted with PaperArtsy Fesco Finish paints Mushroom and Little Black Dress, the dots were stamped with Luxe brown ink.

For the mixed media card I used the large polka dot stencil with Grunge Paste onto mixed media card, dried it off and then painted over the piece with DecoArt medium fluid acrylics. The stencilled dots have been sanded back and then I stamped one of the pop dots stamps in white paint. The sentiment is from the 'Just Because' stamp set and has been embellished with glossy accents dimensional glue as has the Artcuts wood button.

All of the stamps and stencils will be available to purchase on Friday from the Paperbabe Stamps Shop and Kim has more gorgeous inspiration on the Paperbabe Stamps blog.

See you tomorrow for our last day of introductions.

Hi Chris. These are great.
The face looks brilliant on the heart shape and I like the bright spotty cards.
You have been busy.
