Mixed media journal page - tulips

Hi everyone, hope you had a good weekend.......quite a bit of sunshine here so can't complain! Showing another page from my mixed media journal today and the technique I followed along with was to create the flowers from parchment painted with acrylics. I didn't have parchment and used vellum instead but as it's quite a bit thicker than parchment the effect isn't quite as crinkly. I stamped some tissue with Paper Artsy stamps from the ding dong collection which I used for the vases and then the tissue was painted with washes of acrylic. There's doodling and stamping with an Artistic stamper polka dot background stamp for texture as well.
