WELCOME ALL to the Paperbabe Stamps Co-Hop "LAUNCH PARTY" featuring our debut stamp collection... Kim thought it would be a lovely treat to see Paperbabe stamps in the hands of some of her stampy friends...
Just to recap the debut releases, "Tree Hugs", "Design A Knit" and "Ribbed Background" are NOW in the Store! Also, the long awaited "MayLeeDee" is available as digital download for INSTANT gratification! And there's svg files to help cut some of those images out!
My card for today features the gorgeous MayLeeDee but also stamps from all of the sets in the July release, they work beautifully together.
MayLeeDee is coloured with distress ink onto watercolour paper and then cut out.
A little TIP for cheating your printer if it doesn't accept thick watercolour paper is to attach it to a piece of regular printer paper but cut off the bottom inch of the watercolour paper so that the paper feeds in the printer paper first, the attached watercolour paper will feed through with it. If this method is used for printing onto watercolour paper then the digi stamps need to placed further down the page in whichever software is being used to print the page from to allow for that inch less of paper near the feed. My Epson ink is waterproof but I know some printer inks will smear on contact with the water, a light spray of sealer should help with that problem.

Thank you for the printer tip. I have an Epson also but have not tested the ink. Guess I will do that now. I have been planning on taking my print needs some where that has a laser printer. Love this new set of stamps.
