Quirky Birds

Hello blog friends, it's been a while and I hope you're all well and happily creative.

I have a card to share today that I've made using one of bird stamps from the Tim Holtz quirky birds set which I've coloured with pencils on top of my background of distress paint in cracked pistachio, worn lipstick and tarnished silver. I stamped the background around the bird with various Tim Holtz stamps from other sets in pigment inks then cut the panel out with a Sizzix Alterations Die and mounted it onto a card that I'd painted with the same paints for a mottled finish.

I added a die cut, painted and stamped heart, a chit chat sticker and a sentiment from another Tim Holtz set to finish off.

See you tomorrow tomorrow with a card for the Paperbabe Stamps challenge.
