Paris

Hi everyone, hope you've had a good day. I've made a tag to post today using the gorgeous Katzelkraft Paris KTZ 35-01 stamp plate which I love. The background of the tag was made using the faux batik technique (embossing the stamping with clear powder, sponging with distress inks and then ironing the embossing powder off.) After that I stamped over with the Paris sentiment and outlined it with white gel pen. I've added a punched border round two sides of the tag, lots of swirls made with pearl pens, a punched butterfly, flowers and the Sizzix Alterations mannequin die cut shape which is stamped in black with the script stamp from the set.

I'm entering my tag into Simon Says Stamp and Show challenge where it's 'anything goes' this week. Ribbon Carousel and a challenge of 'Shabby Chic', hopefully the Paris theme is chic :) and I've used pretty ribbon. Papertake Weekly is 'Fancy a Punch' (punched border and butterfly).
