Paperbabe Stamps Decemeber Release - MayLeeDee Winter Fairy

Hi everyone, hope your week's been good, it seems to have whizzed by for me with this fantastic December release from Paperbabe Stamps.

Everything is now for sale in the shop at Paperbabe Stamps including the final part of the release which is a gorgeous new digi image
MayLeeDee Winter Fairy

She's gorgeous to colour and I did that with pencils after printing her out on some Bazzil Kraft card (I find this is a nice shade and it goes through my printer easily as it's lightweight).

I used a couple of sentiment stamps, snowflakes and one of the small tree group stamps from the gorgeous  Bottle Brush Tree stamp set and stamped the sentiment in black and everything else in white ink.

I've decorated with iridescent sequins, some die cut snowflakes and lace. Hope you have a great weekend, I have to seriously get down to doing Christmas cards and tags so I hope to have some of  the them on here soon.

Paperbabe Stamps December Release - Fabulous Everything!

Hi everyone, I'm back today with my sample for the final gorgeous sentiment set from Kim at Paperbabe Stamps which is on sale from tomorrow with the other sets and is
Fabulous Everything!

Once again a great large solid stamp of the word together with the beautiful swirly outline stamp and lots and lots and lots of small words to make a card for every fabulous occasion.

To achieve this effect for the Fabulous word I first inked up the diagonal stripe kissing strip then I touched my fabulous solid stamp onto the kissing strip to pick up the inky pattern and stamped it onto white card (Kim has a lovely photo step by step on how to do this on Paperbabe Stamps blog today). Next I inked up the swirly outline with embossing ink and positioned it over the stamped fabulous then stamped down. I used some WOW turquoise embossing powder which is a really gorgeous fresh colour and heated it to melt then I cut the sentiment out leaving a border around the edge.

The background panel is made up by stamping the various outline clouds from the High in the sky set in black ink and I also stamped the rest of the sentiment stamps that I wanted to use from the Fabulous Everything set. I added some silk ribbon around the panel and mounted on dimension foam over the card base then added the fabulous cut out and finished off by embellishing with silver sequins.

Gorgeous inspiration from Kim is over on the Paperbabe Stamps Blog and more details about the stamps. I'm back tomorrow for release day with some absolutely gorgeous Paperbabe Stamps winter cute! Thanks for your lovely comments, they always make my day!
