Hi everyone, hope you had a good week. We have the new challenge starting today on the Paperbabe Stamps blog and this week it's everyone's favourite theme 'Anything Goes' and with a great prize from Kim, we hope you'll join us.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 3D Dia de los Muertos girl using lots of gorgeous goodies from September release. I'm so pleased with how she came out as I've been eagerly awaiting the Sugar Skull stamps since Kim told me she was designing them, I like something a bit different and this set which matches up with the female face mini stamps and the new substrates and accessories will be great for that end of October festival :-D. I might put this out on the step so everyone knows we have Halloween goodies!
I used the Portrait Media Blanks - Blunt Bangs Long Kit, Mixed Media Blanks Accessories kits Candles, Flourishes, Skulls and Crosses and Roses together with the Sugar Skull Mini and the Female Face Mini stamp sets. I painted with Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Paints, they're great for quickly coating all the substrate pieces and I added a bit of shading with charcoal pencil.
